This guide is intended to help you walk through the inventory management in Rezio Admin which covers navigating the calendar, filtering products, adding and editing sessions in the sales calendar.
Publish > Calendar
Log in to Rezio Admin and enter the sales calendar to start managing your inventory.
Navigating the calendar
The sales options of each product that have been created successfully will appear on the left-hand side. The selling price, total inventory, and orders booked of each sales options on each day are displayed on the right-hand side.
If you don’t see a product newly added to the sales calendar, click Reload to refresh the page and try viewing again.
You can view the sales calendar by weekly or daily and navigate by clicking > to the next week / the next day or clicking < to the previous week / the day before.
Select ON or OFF.
Enter product name or code to search.
Select the product you would like to view.
Click x sign to leave.
Click Clear to clear filters.
You can add sessions to any selected sales option, different sales options under the same product will have to be modified individually, and the setup process is the same as when you're editing the product.
Click on the drop-down list to find the product. You can type keywords to filter or navigate to search for the product.
Select the product you would like to add sessions.
The sales options bound with the product will be shown on the next page. The selected sales option is in blue highlight followed by all the pricing policies associated with this sales option.
If the availability type of this sales option is by Session, you have the enter the Availability of each session.
Select the period available for sale in Session Time Range (from - to).
Session Time Slot: Select All Day or uncheck the box to create sessions in a specific time slot.
Click Add, and the session will appear in the section below.
You can leave the value in Apply to as default setting or choose the days and times of the week when the sessions will be available. For example, if the sessions are for weekdays only, you can click on Sat and Sun to disable them (blue = enabled, grey = disabled)
If there are resources needed for this session, continue to add resources in Resource.
After you completed all the settings, click on Save to preview the Sales Calendar, if no problem, click Save again to continue.
The sessions created will be shown on the sales calendar on the next page. The status ON indicates it’s available for booking.
Find the product of the sales option session you would like to edit on weekly view and click on the seats available of any date.
Click on the session you would like to edit and enter edit mode.
Click on the toggle button to switch session mode.
If you switch a session from ON to OFF, an alert message will pop up. You can choose to stop selling for All Sessions, This Session and Following Sessions or Only This Session or click Cancel to return to edit mode.
Click Edit and edit price and availability.
When you finished editing, click Save.
An alert message will pop up. Click Save to confirm change or Cancel if you don’t want to make any changes.
To delete a session or current session and future sessions, click Delete.
An alert message will pop up, click This Session and Following Sessions or Only This Session or click Cancel to return to edit mode.
To add internal new orders for the selected session, click New Order.
To view all the orders that booked in the selected session, click View Orders.
Click on the order you would like to view. After you finished viewing orders, click View Session to return to edit mode.
Edit Session Setting
